1. Raw material processing and reforming unit
The self-developed low-nitrogen industrial burner is adopted to support a variety of fuel structures, with stable flame and precise control. The reforming furnace structure is optimized to improve combustion efficiency while reducing NOx emissions.
2. Shift and purification system
Integrate high-activity catalytic bed, high-efficiency heat exchanger and pressure swing adsorption (PSA) module to purify hydrogen after the reaction of CO and water. The final product hydrogen purity can reach 99.999%.
3. Waste gas treatment module
The CO, NOx, SOx and other gases that may remain in the tail gas are deeply treated by our mature SCR denitrification and FGD desulfurization systems to ensure that the emission indicators are fully met.
4. Heat recovery and utilization system
Through high-performance heat exchangers and waste heat boilers, the heat resources in the reforming and conversion process are maximized, effectively reducing operating energy consumption and carbon footprint.
