The waste heat boiler of the sulfur recovery unit is a typical fire tube boiler. The multi-pipe mouth of the waste heat boiler is connected with the outlet of the heat reactor, which is both the rear wall of the reactor and the end of the transition zone. The waste heat boiler has two functions. Firstly, recover high heat by producing medium steam. Secondly, in the process, cool gas from 1300 ℃ to 315 ℃. The high aluminous ceramic tube is usually used in the pipe inlet of a waste heat boiler. The ceramic tube is inserted into the inner part of the tube and wrapped around the ceramic fiber for sealing. 90% of aluminum-iron cement refractory is used to pour between the sealing catheter and the surface of the tube plate, and the thickness is about 100 ~ 150 mm. The steam/water side of the waste heat boiler shall be designed according to part one of ASME standard, and the air side of the process shall be designed according to part VIII of ASME standard, and the general pressure level shall not be lower than part two. After the waste heat boiler is manufactured, the whole annealing heat treatment is carried out to eliminate the stress, and water pressure test is carried out.
