For small-scale hydrogen production facilities, equipment can be integrated into containers by optimizing the process flow and structural design. Container design can greatly reduce transportation requirements and minimize on-site construction costs and equipment requirements for the site.
Skid-Mounted Approach-for 1000-3,000NM3/h units
For medium-sized hydrogen production facilities of this scale, all equipment can be integrated into one structure by optimizing the process flow and structural design, minimizing on-site construction work to the greatest extent possible.
Modular Approach-for 3,000+NM3/h units
For larger-scale SMR hydrogen production installations, all equipment is prefabricated and tested in the workshop (NDT, pressure testing, FAT, etc.). Transport in modular form to the site to minimize on-site construction workload.
